We have worked in senior care technology since 2013. We built a senior living software company from the ground up, saw it through its acquisition, and went on to lead engineering and AI for a major senior living software platform. We know how providers choose technology, and how hard it is for a good vendor to find the right person inside an operator.
Before senior care, we helped build a sales intelligence business — org charts, decision-makers and buying signals for technology sellers — and grew it to more than three times its size before it was acquired. Sential Source brings that discipline to a market that has never had it.
It is also personal. One of us has a parent living in memory care. We have sat on the family side of the table, and we know what the right tools and the right partners mean for the people who live and work in these communities.
